We no longer have the stress of yard maintenance as we enjoy looking out our windows during the seasons and seeing beautifully maintained lawn and gardens. In the winter, we see the snowplow service clear the parking lot and sidewalks while our car remains warm and dry in the garage.

Applewood Pointe of Roseville at Central Park features an Activities & Entertainment Committee made up of Members who plan fun and engaging activities. Events include Friday night BINGO or Trivia in the Great Room, Tuesday Poker in the Club Room, and multiple weekly group fitness classes. Group outings and catered meals are frequently planned. The possibilities are endless, inspired by the diverse interests of our Membership.
